a.little.about.your.session
When you arrive for your session, you will meet with your practitioner for a brief discussion about what brought you to our clinic. At that point you may choose between traditional Reiki with prescribed hand placements, or a free-form Reiki treatment. If you choose:- a traditional (Usui Shiki Ryoho)
treatment, your session will be conducted in traditional
silent fashion with both sides of the body being treated.
- a free-form treatment - our specialty! - you will be guided through your treatment in order to relate your thoughts and visions with the areas of the body that report blockages. The practitioners' hand placements will focus on the those blockages to ensure that these areas are balanced within the timeframe of the session.
Your treatment is scheduled for an hour, however it typically lasts
one hour and thirty minutes when you include the consultation at the
beginning and the recovery time before leaving the clinic. There is
a need for recovery because our treatments cause the client to
become extremely relaxed. After this period of deep relaxation, a
kind on weightlessness, it is necessary to allow time for the client
to once again take on the heaviness of the body and get reacquainted
before leaving and/or driving.
Cost: $60 per one hour Reiki treatment.
